Read more about Xclusive CuttingsDespite the fact that Floritec is a fairly young player in the market, it stands out. Growing on location, the development of special and robust varieties and the attitude in the market are perceived as 'different'.
The success of Floritec and the growth of the organization did not go unnoticed. Partly for this reason, Floritec was acquired in October 2019 by Inochio Seikoen: one of the oldest and most prominent chrysanthemum breeders and producer of starting material for chrysanthemum growers in Japan.
Inochio thus accelerated its worldwide commercial ambitions through Floritec's international distribution network. For Floritec this offered great opportunities for further growth, with access to the Japanese market, the R&D facilities of Inochio Seikoen and a potential in varieties and genetics.
Partnership and collaborations are key elements in our business operations.
